岗位职责：
1.Provide customer support from order intake to the delivery of goods, as well as for goods returns, following standard processes and work instructions. 
遵照标准流程与作业指导书，从订单接收到货物交付以及退货等方面提供客户支持。
2.Responsible for new customer qualification query, auditing and creating.                                                                   负责新客户的资质查询、审核以及创建。 
3.Responsible for creation and maintenance of the customer masterfile data, which includes collection of all necessary data, contact information, and required documents, as well as obtaining approval for changes in accordance with internal authorization policy. 
负责系统基础客户信息的生成和维护，包括收集所有必要的信息、联系方式、获得的文件，根据内部授权政策获得变更的批准。 
4.Generate quotations and/or standard sales contracts with approved prices, payment terms, order quantities, etc. and send them to customers as requested by the sales team. 
生成报价并且/或者标准销售合同，合同上须体现已经批准的价格、付款方式、订货量等。并且根据销售团队的要求将订单发给客户。 
5.Receive orders from customers and input orders into the ERP system.  Generate order confirmations based on availability and send them to customers. 
从客户处收到订单，将订单输入到ERP系统。根据产品可得性生成订单确认，并将其发给客户。 
6.Confirm payment transactions and initiate ""special release"" applications for urgent deliveries when payment terms are not met. 
确认付款操作，在付款方式没有得到满足但是要求紧急发货的情况下申请“特别释放”。 
7.Generate customer specific special requirements, such as customized delivery notes, labels, or other documents, which have been approved internally, and send these to the warehouse prior to daily shipment closing. 
生成客户特殊需求，例如定制化的提货单、标签或者其他文件，这些文件必须已经通过内部审批并且在每日发货截止前被送至仓库。
8.Coordination of delivery dates through intensive internal communication, in order to ensure optimum allocation of inventories to sales orders. 
通过紧密的内部沟通协调交货日期，以确保将库存***地分配给销售订单。 
9.Responsible for contact with shipping company pick up the goods, delivery and the goods arrive in tracking.                
负责与运输公司联络提货、发货及货物运抵情况的跟踪。 
10.Act as point of contact for customer enquiries about shipment status and stock availability.  Transfer calls from new potential customers to the respective salesman in charge. 
充当客户询问运输状态和库存可得性的联络点。将新的潜在客户的电话转达给相应的销售负责人。" 
11.Communicate with sales outdoor, responsible for customer acounts receivable collection and feedback.                      
与销售外勤及时沟通，共同负责客户应收账款的催收及情况反馈。 
12.Responsible for all sales data statisitcs and reporting to the German headquarters on time, including : sales daily , weekly and monthly reports, etc. All related sales data.                                                                                           负责所有销售数据的统计并按时汇报给德国总部，包括：销售日报、销售周报和销售月报等所有相关销售数据。 
12.Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.
参加科德宝“We All Take Care” 项目，支持创建安全的工作环境,尽量减少对环境的影响，发现危险源或有任何改进意见及时通知HSE部门或SEO。
13.Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.
遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in business administration, economics, international trade or related field;
工商管理、经济类或国际贸易等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.General knowledge with use of ERP system (SAP);
了解操作ERP系统的基本常识（如：SAP）； 
3.Basic MS Office Skills (Excel, email);
基础的办公软件操作能力（如Excel，邮件）； 
4.Attention to detail and able to work under pressure;
注重细节并能在高压下工作； 
5.Basic written and spoken English ability;
基础的英语书面与口语能力； 
6.More than 1 year experience;
至少拥有1年以上的工作经验。
