1.Quality Inspection Finished products and Raw materials 成品和原材料的质量检测：
Conduct tests according to inspection plan.

Quality feedback survey of finished products and raw materials.

Management of documents related to finished products and raw materials.
产成品和原材料相关文件的管理。 
Report an deviation on quality to immediate supervisor.
发现质量问题立即向主管汇报。
Management of product and experimental formula.
产品配方和实验配方的管理。 
Arrange the warehouse to prepare some raw materials.
安排指导仓库进行部分原材料准备工作。 
Guide the experimental production of the experimental reaction.

2.Quality management system 质量管理体系
Participate in ISO90001 quality system management.
参与ISO90001质量体系管理及体系文件的完善、变更等工作。 
Monitor the performance of management systems, ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. Organize internal and external audit.
对质量体系的运行进行监控，确保体系运行的有效性和高效性。并组织进行各种内、外审。 
For the problems in the operation of the system, lead relevant functions to set up and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
对体系运行中发现的问题，领导相应部门建议有效的纠正、预防措施，并推动其充分实施。 
Continue to organize the company's daily processes and identify key points to improve, enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

3.Laboratory Facility & Equipment 实验室设施与设备：
Do instruments calibration.
完成仪器校验任务。 
Participate into test proficiency check, e.g. round robin test.

Source and make proposal of new instruments & equipment and coordinate purchasing them within budget.
为新仪器与设备寻找供应商并制定采购计划，协调在预算范围内购买。 
Source and regularly purchase reagents needed. 
寻找与定期购买所需试剂。 
Manage reagent according to law, regulation and company policy.
根据法律、法规及公司政策管理试剂。 
4.Others其他：          
Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care"program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.

Qualification:
1.College degree with a major in Chemical engineering or related;
化工或相关专业专科学历；
2.2 years working experience in chemical tests and analysis;
2年化学品测试与分析经验；
3.Initiative, integrity, open-minded, discipline, precise;
主动、正直、开朗、自制、精益求精；
4.Good communication in English, fluent in speaking and listening;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
