职责描述：
1.Knowledge of the production process and the differnece porduction characteristics of the proucut, including the production time, product series, batching time and so on. 
熟悉现场生产工艺流程，了解不同产品的生产特性，包括生产时间，产品系列，配料时间等等。
2.According to the sales plan, combined with the inventory and product characteristics, reasonably arrange the production plan in the system, and timely adjust the production plan according to the production and material supply to meet the delivery requirements.
根据销售计划，结合库存与产品特点，在系统上合理安排生产计划,并依照生产，物资供应情况，适时调整生产计划达成出货要求。 
3.Review the requisition of production materials, follow up the supply of raw materials, packaging materials and so on, and place purchase orders in time to ensure stable supply.
做好生产物料的领用复核，根据生产计划时时跟进原材料，包装物等物料供应，并及时采购下单，确保供应稳定。
4.Be responsible for the statistics and analysis of weekly and monthly production data, improve the production plan, and collect, sort out and archive relevant record forms.
负责周、月生产数据的统计，分析工作，改进生产计划，同时对相关记录表单进行收集，整理与归档。
5.Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors.
有效地执行主管的工做指令。 
6.Working in accordance with and promoting safety regulations.
按照安全法规工作。 
7.Coordinating work with fellow workers and other team members.
协助其他同事和团队成员的工作。
8.Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.
遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。 

任职要求：
1.Worked as a production planner or similar position, with relevant work experience. 
担任计划员或类似岗位，具备相关工作经验。
2.Ability to work in a team.
团队合作精神。 
3.Must be physically fit, and complete all assigned work efficiently.
必须身体健康，并高效的完成所有指定的工作。 
4.Be good at using the excel, word and so on. 
熟练使用excel word 等相关电脑软件。 
5.Organized and punctual.
组织纪律性，守时。 
※ Desirable / 期望具备的其它要求: 
1.Take part to the chemical factory. 
从事过其他化工企业为佳。 
2.Have a experience for the SAP. 
有SAP经验为佳。
