职责描述：
1.Maintain Laws & Regulations database. Conduct new laws & Regulations' collection, evaluation, communication, etc.
维护法律法规数据库。完成法律法规的收集、评估、沟通等工作。  
2.To build, implementing and continual improving all policies and processes concerning safety as well as delivery necessary training to employees, contractors, visitors, etc.
建立、实施和不断完善安全方面政策与流程，同时对员工、承包商、访客等进行必要培训。  
3.Implement Freudenberg Safety Standard (FSS) & Freudenber Environment Standard (FES), track the status and to ensure the implementation.
落实科德宝安全标准（FSS），科德宝环保标准（FES）并跟踪实施情况，确保标准在现场的实施。 
4.Coordinate and conduct regular safety inspections, discuss with concerned function on immediate corrective actions and long term preventive measures when any risks or unsafe acts is discovered.
协调及执行定期安全检查，当风险存在或发现不安全行为时，与相关部门讨论立即整改行动及长期预防措施。 
5.Monitor and work with concerned functions ensure all "special position" colleagues obtain need trainings, all "special equipments" have adequate licenses.
监督并与有关职能协作，确保所有特种岗位员工已接受必需的培训，所有特种设备证照齐全。
6.Conduct PPE management and daily usage supervision.
进行PPE管理及日常使用监督。 
7.Maintain hazardous waste management system, and supervise on daily hazardous waste management and disposal.
维护危废管理体系并对危废管理及处理进行日常的监督。 
8.Organize /conduct HS&E trainings for employees and contractors, 3rd party, etc.  Maintain and manage the training documents.
组织/进行员工，承包商，第三方安全健康环保培训。完成培训记录档案的维护及管理。  
9.Conduct Contractor safety management and routine safety supervision.
承包商安全管理及日常安全监督。 
10.Conduct environment aspects  & occupational hazards management (Such as: annual test,  signs on site,  declaration to authority, etc).
进行环境因素及职业危害因素管理。（如：年度监测，现场标识，政府申报等）   
11.Conduct occupational health management.(such as, organize occupational health check, results communication, documents filing, etc)
进行职业健康管理。（如体检安排，结果沟通，职业健康检查资料管理等）
12.Implement HSE programs such as: forklift safety, fire prevention safety, FSS, Pollutant discharge declaration, etc.
实施HSE项目，如叉车安全，防火安全，FSS、排污申报等。 
13.Maintain Emergency Response system.(Replenish on first aid kits, eye washing liquids, fire extinguisher, etc)
应急响应系统维护。(急救物品，洗眼液、灭火器的补充等)   
14.Initiate HSE activities to enhance awareness of safety culture and communicate with and encourage other functions keep improving on HSE.
发起安全活动,提高安全意识，与其他部门沟通并鼓励其在安全方面有所提高。  
15.Conducting internal safety audits, set correct measures for any findings immediately.
进行内部安全审计，针对发现的问题迅速制定纠正措施。
16.Maintain HSE documents system and Accident/ incident database.
HSE文件及事故事件数据库维护。
17.Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying department head or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.
参加科德宝“We All Take Care” 项目，支持创建安全的工作环境,尽量减少对环境的影响，发现危险源或有任何改进意见及时通知部门主管或SEO。  
18.Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.
遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。
19.Special projects and assignments as ordered by superior and required by business.
主管交办的特殊项目或业务上需要的其它任务。
20.Provide ideas to improve department and company.
提供宝贵意见，推动部门和公司改善。  

任职要求：
1.Safety or Environment Bachelor Degree or equivalent education background;
安全或环境本科或相等教育背景；
2.At least 3 years HSE experience in multinational companies;
3年以上跨国公司HSE部门工作经验；
3.Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player;
自我激励、热情、态度积极，善于团队合作；
4.Strong communication and coordination skills;
良好的沟通能力和协调能力； 
5.Good English – oral and written;
良好的英文听说读写；
6.Excellent PC skills.
出色的计算机操作能力。
